Dyna's new (
D-4D) direct-injection "common rail" engine makes use of a high-pressure pump and a common rail (pipe) for supplying all cylinders with high-pressure diesel. This allows better fuel atomisation for complete burning and increased power output, but also improves fuel economy. In addition an air intercooler has been adopted to lower the intake air temperature, further improve the engine performance, and allow cleaner exhaust gas emissions.
D-4D Technology
Dyna offers the very latest in turbodiesel technology with its new 3.0-litre D-4D 16-valve common rail engine with intercooler. The benefits of this technology are increased power and optimised torque for responsive and refined performance. The air intercooler has been adopted to lower the intake air temperature, improve the engine performance, and allow cleaner exhaust gas emissions. And D-4D also delivers outstanding fuel economy.
Engine
Access your transport requirements with your local Toyota dealer and then choose a Euro IV compliant new high performance Dyna. The 3.0 litre D-4D, 4 – cylinder, 80KW Dyna is available with a turbodiesel engine, delivering 286 Nm of torque.
Airbag
Working in conjunction with the Dyna`s impact absorbing structure, a driver airbag helps protect chest and head during a frontal collision. And side impact beams in the doors protect drivers and passengers in the event of a side on collision.
Brakes
Brakes get hot when heavy loads are on board. For this reason Dyna has ventilated disc brakes - a concept proven over the years with specially-shaped ducts on the circumference of the discs to lower temperatures.
Front suspension
Double wishbone independent front suspension ensures an excellent ride and premium handling characteristics even on rough roads.
