Putting the customer first has helped Toyota to consistently achieve top rank in leading customer satisfaction surveys.
- In 2008 Prius ranked first in France, Germany and U.K. in J.D. Power & Associates Customer Satisfaction survey – for the second consecutive year a hybrid vehicle is topping the survey.
- Toyota was ranked first for five consecutive years for overall customer satisfaction in 2002-2006 in the German J.D. Power survey. In 2008 Aygo, Prius and Verso were No.1 in their segments. Verso earned the award for a fourth consecutive year.
